Silly Traffic

It keeps holding me up ... must be time to do something about that, somehow. There are options of course, but that doesn't mean I like 'em. 

RP last night was fun on both games, and then I ended up in a small pillage. That was also fun. Tried my hand at Carpentry. Still not good at it, but well, hopefully I didn't suck too badly. ;) I got promoted to Pirate yesterday, from Cabin Person. Whee. (And of course, there's this new puzzle - gunnery - that's showed up for me. So, lots of excitement was had. Need to practice sailing and carpentry though - so I can help us do better in the darn fighting. Hrmph.  Poor Grt, stuck with me on carpentry... though I did offer to bilge, and that I'm decent at. 

But eh, I do need the practice on the other puzzles. Obviously. 

In other news, I'm glad it's Friday.

Cheyenne and Apache also got birthday letters from the Vets. They're 12 now.  (Ronin is 1.) 

My sinuses are bugging me again. Pain. Stupid things.

I want to try blockading on Puzzle Pirates, but it takes a very long time. Well, so does pillaging, if it works right. I still think it's amusing that I get new missions available as I get more experience. It makes sense, but it still amuses me.
 
Conference calls are the bane of my existence.

I want a vacation. At least there's a long weekend coming up in 2 weeks. 

Incidentally - Next February - somewhere south. Do plan on coming along! ;) I suppose I'll have to soon figure out where, won't I?
