Feb. 7th, 2007 02:19 pmGonna go to the gym today. Yes, I am still working on that - trying to go twice a week. So far, not too bad. I think I missed once, when I wasn't feeling well (due to something I ate, I do believe).
Anyway, there's now a warm up on the elliptical, 11 weight machines in a circuit, and then the treadmill afterwards. I started December 10, and while I'm not sure if there's any noticeable impacts, I know that I'm noticing at least the following:
1. I'm using more weights on the weight machines on every single machine (though some of them only by a little).
2. I'm covering more distance on both the elliptical and the treadmill.
So, eh - I expect that it will take some time, but yes, I'm gonna get there. There's a saturday morning aerobics class I'd like to start going to. Not this Saturday - I have a meeting at York, but hopefully in the near future I can start in on that too. Just for something a little different.
