Woke up this morning to mournful yowling from somewhere in the house and a nice warm catbody flopped over my stomach. Then there was a scratch scratch scratch that had me thinking hard if I'd let the girl-cats in last night. I did, I know I did. Whew.
Tried to go back to sleep. The cat body moved somewhat, since I did. Which only had me wonder where the other cat body was, since there's usually two of them. Pried an eye open to see Cheyenne.
Wait.
That's an unusual cat body to be ... huh.
Took me a few more minutes to become coherent enough to get out of bed (Cheyenne was not amused) and go looking for the boy cats. As I got down the stairs, I could hear Ronin's nasally mrowwwr somewhat softer than usual. Coming from ... the basement? What the - ?
Seems the boy cats managed to lock themselves in the basement sometime last night. Oops? Silly things. I unlocked the cat door for them, and all is now right in their world. Ronin even came for cuddles and purrs, something he rarely does, the little rat.
In other news, I got 54.1 on Weffriddles so now I just have 54.3 to figure out and then hopefully I can find my way to level 55.
