Sunshine and snowflakes

So, a post with a little more depth than yesterday's schedule. But not much. The teacher is a thoughtful type. He brought us in cookies and timbits (23 students registered in the course) so we wouldn't fall asleep. And he has a print out of the student pictures, so he has already been placing names and faces, working on memorizing them. The class itself (this is the OMIS one) looks to be reasonable - not a lot of reading for it, which is a good switch, just for a change. No essays either. But there are 2 presentations and 2 exams. I'm hoping that the exams aren't meant to be straight regurgitation or I'm going to hate the class.

Nice fluffy white snow flakes falling this morning, but they're gone now in favour of sunshine. Still cold though. The house seems a little on the empty side, with just the cats.

Oh - and I got my new camera. Pictures will follow. Mwahahahahaha!

In domain news - my domain is renewed and the registrar changed. Which is not a bad thing. We'll see how I feel about that this time next year. Web page - I'm not sure all the dns entries have finished propogating to the new servers. Can't see the page from here, but I also can't see anything wrong with it. It hasn't been 72 hours yet though, so I'll give it a bit of time.

Of course it has occurred to me that I can use the same tool to work on Odyssey's web page. Hah! This could be a definite bonus.

Though I can definitely sense that school might just get in my way in the immediate future ...
