the best laid plans ...
Nov. 28th, 2006 09:10 am15 days to go before I can catch up on sleep temporarily. Essentially I have 1 test, 1 presentation, 2 essays and classroom participation to go for the term. 28 classes in total left, 4 for this term.
It's a grey foggy day and my head is hurting, though that's at least partly because I'm tired.
In other news, did I mention I picke up the frame for my current cross-stitch project? I'm expecting at this point to be finished this one for Christmas. I am now down to 4 colours left to cross-stitch and then of course the backstitching. I picked up a book when I got the frame - gotta love Michaels! - of 136 different cross-stitched alphabets. It's kinda neat and will help me actually 'sign' my work. Which is something I like to do. So that's a good thing.
Amazingly enough, this means, if I can actually finish this one, that I will be giving 2 cross-stitch pictures away for Christmas this year. Not bad at all. ;)
And in other, other news, I've been told here at work that I need to figure out my next goal. Not in a bad way but in a thought provoking 'where do you want to go with your MBA' sort of question. The problem is that the MBA was essentially the 5 year goal (okay, okay, 4 years and 8 months, that's close enough) and I haven't figured out the next goal yet. But I guess I'm going to have to think about it a little earlier rather than later.
Good luck and planning after all. ;)
