Owww

I know, I know, it was over a year ago now that I hurt my shoulder/neck in that car accident. And maybe it's completely unrelated. But owww. Just - my right shoulder, upper back, neck are killing me. To the point I am getting a headache from it and having tears in my eyes.

The worst part is that I have no idea what I did to aggravate/injure it.
