Real Update?

So, let's see. I did get some school stuff done today. That's good. I also got a load of laundry done, and a bit of cleaning. Finally made the chili that I've been meaning to make. Alery and Wolfcat came over and shared it with me. It was very good, if I do say so myself. Or at least, it was edible, not too hot, and tasty. It worked. And I got a Solara post up, which means that I am now up to our May 14 Circus session. At least I'm still less than a year behind. I won't guarantee to stay there though. School will be very busy over the next couple of months. ;) I know, I know, I keep saying that.

It's true.

At least until April 11, if not longer.

But I'm down to 14 months now, the countdown is not so bad.

Emotionally? Well, it's been a series of ups and downs to be honest. Some days have been harder than others. But over all, I've been managing. And while I'm still going to have sad days every so often, I'm going to be okay.

There is strength and solace in the feeling that I did what I needed to do. However much it hurt.
