A high of 27C?! In October!???
Oct. 3rd, 2005 10:02 amEmail at work is down again. It was down last week, they fixed it Friday. Apparently it went down on Saturday night. How ... frustrating.
Yesterday - well, work on Odyssey progresses. I got the job tracker in, with a little help from my friends. So, now I can put jobs up and those who have volunteered to help me out can pick and choose the jobs they want to do. *grins* 19 months until I finish my MBA. Then my friends, Odyssey might be ready to open. ;) Or at least somewhere around there. There's not really much point to folks hanging out there, except for chatting. There are no news files, no ic grid, no chargen ... there's a lot that needs doing.
Got an amail from a prof asking for a 1 pager research proposal. It's not that i mind such a thing, but I don't recall that being in either the course outline or mentioned in class. Bah. Fine, I have a group meeting on Thursday evening. We can discuss it then.
I did not watch any more SG1, though I am planning to watch 1 episode tonight. Hey,
myrynvalona? If you get ahead of me don't tell! And if I get ahead of you, do you want me to put my comments behind an lj cut? Let me know!
RP - *snickers* Andi and Galina are definitely going exploring together. Poor Sheppard is a little discombobulated he didn't get asked to go. But see, Andi learned her lesson. She invited Rodney and all that did was lead to Galina getting all upset and avoiding Andi for a while. So, this time, just Andi and Galina. I find it amusing that my pilot is boning up on her studies secretly. So she can apply to get an MSc. somewhere. Heck if I know where though. That would be a good trick to figure out. Tori, Garibaldi and Selena watched the Yankees get clobbered by the Red Sox. *grins* They had fun, and only talked a little bit of shop. And a little bit of kids. And Jen volunteered to babysit, so Selena could go out. This is a good thing... probably for both of them, but definitely for Jen.
In other news, Cheyenne eventually forgave me for putting that flea stuff on the back of her neck. I bet Tal will have forgiven me too by the time I get home. ;)
