The True North Strong Ham Free
Aug. 31st, 2005 01:40 pmStrange singers at baseball games these days. Honest. I about choked when I heard the interesting rendition of "Oh Canada" ... and what was ham doing in the song when it was B'Nai Brith day, that's what I want to know.
Regardless, the game was enjoyable, especially since the Jays won. It's always good when the home team wins. ;) And we were down in the 100 levels so good seats meant we could actually see what was going on in the game. We also went to a couple gaming stores in Oshawa and the World's Biggest Bookstore down by the Eaton's Centre. Didn't pick up anything at the gaming stores - there wasn't really anything there to catch my interest. I did get a couple dragon books at the world's biggest bookstore though.
Other than that, a nice quiet relaxing day. I approve.
