Today in Norway...
Jul. 28th, 2004 12:11 amSo, let's see - slept in fairly late and pondered Exalted astrology. Then went shopping in Steinkjer. I found one more souvenir, but the shop I wanted to visit with the beautiful woven rugs in the window has apparently been closed for months. Darn. I want those rugs. Hrmph.
Oh well. Had blueberry ice cream and chocolate. Yum.
And then came home to a bit of rp. Then Bente came home so I went to be social. Her sister Sonia and niece Gine came over. Gine is 3, and very cute. We went to the farm across the street to visit the cows, because Gine wanted to see them. They stink, but they are funny animals, nonetheless.
Had more ice cream and brownies, and plotted while listening to Great Big Sea. Bente is talking about going to see them in August, since they are apparently coming on tour to Denmark.
Tomorrow - that postponed trip to the coast. And perhaps a play at Stiklestad, if I have that right. Not that I shall understand more than a word or two of it, if that, but I bet it will be fun anyway. Thursday, I hear, there will be a barbecue, and Friday a birthday party for one of Arwen77's friends.
Saturday - ah, it will be a sad day, I'm certain, since I leave for home at 6:20am, Sunday morning. We'll have to head out to Trondheim at 1 or 2am, I think.
