Election is over now
Well, except for any recounts and the folks who had to work on it getting all back to normal.
I voted, so I suppose I'm good to complain about this government until such time as the minority falls and we end up back at the polls. Hopefully not for a year or two.
Amusing RP on RS last night. Such a rumour got started, you can't imagine. It should lead to some hilarious rp, if you ask me. Guess we'll see. Oh, and I actually started on my canon plot outline. I have a rough draft, and am hoping to send it out to the staff today, and start it going maybe on Thursday.
Which reminds me... When are we moving towards the cave near Far Madding? Curious minds want to know.
I also got my passport yesterday. As in, I went to the post office, showed ID and picked it up. Whoo hoo!
So, Thursday - no work. Yay. Friday night - Steak and Circus - Yay! Saturday - Great Big Sea - Triple Yay! And then July 17 - Norway...
Wow. Busy.
Oh yeah, and I still have to figure out my classes for Jan - Apr... At least I've got the Sept - Dec. onces done. I'm perturbed that the class I want to take is not available as a night class. Heck, it's not really even available as a day class. They're doing some strange odd format where you do one full day in January, 3 full days over reading week, and then a couple of other full days tossed in just for good measure. Bahhhh... well, if I win the lottery, I suppose I could take that. Otherwise, it's not at all set up for part time students. Idiots.
Okay, that's enough ranting. I'll figure out something else to take.
