Happy Hallowe'en

Cause why not. And what's up with the high of 20C today? (That's 68F for those of you not up on Celcius.) I mean, it is the last day of October - I'm not complaining really, just bemused. Very bemused.

Ah well, I'll have to try to make it home in time to hand out candies to the kiddies. Hopefully I won't miss them all.

Side note

I think this is the first month ever, since I started with LJ, in which I
have posted at least once on every single day. That's rather interesting,
since I fairly recently changed my LJ display format so it has a calendar on
it. The colours change when I post, as I'm sure most of you have noticed
with your own LJ's. Anyway, it's kind of a little subtle reminder on days
when I haven't posted yet. Something that says, go ahead and post, Damara -
you know you want to.

Really, I just want to write up my next Solara post, but I left my notes at
home (so I wouldn't be tempted) and I have work to do. I'm still tempted.

Stupid Damara Tricks

So, I went people hunting this afternoon. In order to get some information I need to complete one of the tasks on my to-do list.

Fun, wow.

Anyway, on the way back, I passed a team that had candy on their table, and they offered me some. "You don't even have to do a trick," I was told. Well, where's the fun in that. I picked up 3 of the small candy boxes, and juggled. *grins*

That was a hit.

I just gave an impromptu juggling demo and lesson. One of my coworkers is promising to come bug me for further lessons, once he gets the basics down.

Yup, that was fun. And I got a tootsie roll.
