On Homework
Sep. 17th, 2003 08:52 amOkay, there is only one problem with this school thing. Too much homework. I mean really. Do they think I have no life?
Oh wait, yes they do.
Anyway, might have to buckle down tonight, so as to be prepared for class tomorrow. It's just one of those things, you know? I'll see if I can at least get a little rp in, but I'm not holding my breath. (Cause homework between poses only works if I don't play on 3+ screens at the same time.)
And where's the fun in that?
Went out to dinner last night - Montana's - with Dave, Brian and Michael. The four of us worked on a project in St. Catharines, Ontario, together 3 years ago, and have stayed in touch since then. Michael's wife is due to have their second child next month. Brian has just spent 5 months in China, and was really glad to get home for a break. And Dave? Well, he works at Innovapost with me, and is easier to stay in touch with. So, we talked about old times, new things happening, and where some of the other folks we used to know are currently at. It was fun. We had appetizers and desserts only. That was nice too. Montana's currently is cooking up Smores, so you know, it was a quite decadent dinner, all things considered. Yum.
And I found out that my cousin Tracy had a baby girl September 15. Yay her! They're naming her Jordan, though I'm not sure how they're spelling it. Maybe with a Y? I guess I'll find out.
Anyway, that's all the news I have right at the moment. Back to work I go.
