I'm still here
Feb. 21st, 2003 09:19 amThough LJ did seem to be having a lot of troubles recently. Anyway - update.
Hrm. Okay, it's been a while since I last updated. But that's okay. Nothing says I have to update every day or anything.
Work has been very busy - absolutely nuts. I've officially signed up for the new company - yay. Though, I technically don't work for them ... yet. It's getting there. And I start my vacation at 3pm today.
Didn't finish the housecleaning though. well, we did do the whole house except the basement and my room, so not too bad. I'll just have to do my room tonight or something.
School - essay completed and handed in. That's that nice light course done and over with. Which is too bad, since I start Quantitative Methods in March. Sigh. Accounting and Quantitative methods. I'm going to have very little free time for rp. Not to mention no life. ;)
Went to Snowed Inn on Feb. 15. That was nice too. I'm glad I did go - got to visit with friends and that's always cool.
RP - Oy... well, where should I start? Uhm, Di's father died, which wasn't unexpected, but still threw her for a loop. Demandred is plotting so that's always fun. And Ia'aihn is plotting too. *grins* Between the two, life is sure to get interesting for poor Di. Elyse was back to normal, before she got back to the Tower. And Gren got to Basuma first. And Carole's little secret. And ... Yeah, well, life, it may be said, is never boring for poor Elyse. *grins* Now if I can only keep her at an even keel, that will be a good thing. Cea didn't get much play. Nor did Carai. Nor Maurel. No time. On RS, the Captain has been kidnapped. Ivanova is in charge of the station. (Yeesh, does this make Tori second in command? Say it isn't so!) But we've got plans to change that, starting this Sunday. Well, we're gonna work at rescuing the Captain, that's what. Oh, and I should really do a fuzzle update for everyone. :) No RP other than the council meeting and that Streib plot. No time. TM - no rp. Altered - no rp.
Darn, I hate being busy. I feel so lost everywhere.
I did log into TM and read the +bbpost from the new TP Coordinator. Interesting to see that he expects tribal plots to be cleared through him first. Glad I'm not a chief there, cause something in the tone set me off. I'd be tempted to quit, if I was. Now, I have no idea who he is, and maybe I was reading something into the bbpost that wasn't there. I admit fully that I was tired and cranky when I read the bbpost. But still ... my initial reaction was just to +kill my characters there, and not bother going back. Which is odd, because I have no problem sending requests to wizards for plots on other MU*s.
Maybe it's just another sign that I really shouldn't be trying to play a wolfrider?
