Back to Normal?
Jul. 10th, 2002 10:28 amMmm. All day meetings are tiring. Well, and they're also stressful, which perhaps explains why I got home to a nasty headache. I can't say for sure. I apologize to those I was abrupt with. I think you all are reading this lj, anyway. I ended up napping for an hour, and then getting back online. For maybe an hour and a half. Maybe less. Before I gave up, and went to sleep.
Woke up this morning, so I was definitely tired.
Go figure.
And I didn't want to wake up this morning. The alarm clock was too loud. The sun was too bright. And Taliesin was really obnoxiously chasing a hair elastic all over my bed. At least he wasn't eating my toes. This is always a bonus with that brat cat.
I am working on trying to book my "academic advising session" over at York University. They have student assistants booking them. I wonder if the students are who we talk to when we're there as well. Not that it matters much. So far, I've left called 3 times, left 1 voice mail message (the other 2 times the voice mail box was full, so I couldn't leave a message), and I've sent an email. In return, I've got one email back. I just want to know my section code and be able to enrol in my courses. Is that too much to ask?
Tonight is Golf night. I've missed the last two weeks, so I'm looking forward to getting out there to play tonight. My parents are headed to Nova Scotia for a 2 week vacation starting tomorrow. Lucky for them, but it does mean my Mother wants to visit with me tonight. *grins*
Should be fun.
