Pink is the new red...
Apr. 29th, 2001 08:05 pmit's been a good weekend. Specially if I count friday as part of it. Yesterday, I did some painting, some cross stitch, and went out to visit relatives. The painting is now done, except I might need to touch up the green once more. Just so that it's a lovely solid colour with no pink spots. Won't take long though.
And the cross stitch ... well, i have a million projects to work on. There's no shortage. Plus some crochet to do.
I have it on good authority that The Blending addiction is being spread. This is a good thing.
And maybe there's a chance to get hold of Lemmings 2 - The Tribes, for windows. I'd like that, since my copy is DOS based and won't even install in windows 98.
Took a couple of young cousins (10 year old and 4 year old to watch "Josie And the Pussycats" since that's what the 10 year old wanted to see. (Orange is the new pink...) Interesting statement on society today, if you're up to analysing a kiddy movie. If not, I won't bore you with my thoughts on it. After all, it's only a goofy plot about subliminal messages and using music to hypnotize the children and teens of north america.
Not like that could ever happen, right?
Today, I slept in a bit, got up, and relaxed for an hour or so. did dishes. And eventually got online to rp. Briarholt had a lovely little hunt. Okay, if you consider one elf wrapstuffed and another with a mangled arm, and maybe no healer to be found a lovely hunt that is. ;)
Was fun. Poor elfies.
Now rp continues in other screens. Other worlds. Until I crash, I think.
Whee
