Actually, Gaidin are much fun to pick on. :) Just wait until it's Elyse's turn again to end up half dead. The poor guys... They are so hard done by. :)
And well, someone will have to convince Cea she wants to be a novice. Cause right now - it's just not making sense in her head. Basuma might have got her (actually, she did have her - at 12, that 'weak' comment would have got her to make an impulsive decision...) if she'd not had time to think about it. But well ... now it'll take a little more work.
Course, I figure her parents will be taking her back to the tower to find out just what happened. *snickers*
