Fluffy Stuff
Right. Everyone who sent me a card or wished me a Happy Birthday ... and you all know who you are ...
THANK YOU!!!
My birthday started off with laughter this morning, when I logged on and promptly got birthday wishes on every MU* screen I logged on. That was really quite a treat. I enjoyed it. Course, it made it a little difficult to type, what with laughing so hard, but what can ya do?
I did have to go to work, but there wasn't too much going on there. Okay, and there's a mucketty muck low pressure system scooting through the area at the speed of a snail stuck in molasses, but that just doesn't even matter today.
On the way home from work, I got off the go train, stood patiently in line to get down the stairs and out of the station, and as I was walking through the parkinglot the sun decided to poke it's head out. So I had to look up at the most beautiful sky dragon I've seen in a while. It was a well defined, grey-white beastie, head, wings, body, even legs and a tail. The neatest thing was that it was covering the sun, so that sunbeams were coming out where its eye would be, where its claws would be, and then around it like an aura. Absolutely fabulous. I've been purring ever since.
I love to know the sky dragons are out playing. It usually means good things will happen, in my experience.
And of course, dinner was lots of fun. My nine year old cousin told me lots of stories. She's such a cutie. And I'm most excited over the speaker phone I got. It's currently charging up. Both a portable and a speaker phone in one. Oh yes, just think how much fun phone calls will be now. :)
Oh, I'm bouncing sky high right now! I love this mood!
