Barbecues

Okay, I went. It was a beautiful day, and it was a good idea to go see what York Campus looks like. I even managed to get there without getting lost. This, by the way, was the bbq for entering MBA students. There were two speeches, one by the President of the MBA Student Council, and one by the Dean of the Business School, both praising the students and the program to the high heavens.

Well, and why shouldn't they?

The food was pretty good. They had all kinds of sausages, hamburgers and veggie burgers, all the toppings except cheese. I never did see cheese. There were veggies and Caesar Salad too. And deserts. Yum.

16 out of 20 clubs were there, or something like that. I wandered through, but didn't see anything that really caught my attention. I met a couple people, chatted idly for a while, asked a couple of questions of the staff. And then I came home, cause it really seemed to me that it was just draining my energy outrageously.

Course, then I developed that massive headache on Wednesday, so perhaps it was?
