One of the reasons I stopped doing a lot of MU* stuff (I barely do anything nowdays, just what I get prodded into doing, as you're aware of, but I used to do a lot of stuff), was it just became too much of a hassle, particularly with people taking stuff too seriously. I've been guilty of this too, but fortunately there aren't many people around still who know of some of my excesses (although I've been avoiding a few people for about...hmm...17 months now, which has contributed to me doing less hardcode work - when I decide to avoid someone, I'm really, really good at it, and stuborn). Things just go sour when people start taking things too seriously, unfortunately.

But cheer up, it's not the end of the world. :)
