Depends what she means by 'virtual server'. Some places give you a /real/ virtual server, including root access.
If greyscans ends up on one of those, then hosting the game from there will /not/ be a problem. In fact, you could do pretty much anything you liked on it.
Of course, that's probably not what she meant. :o)
